Please read this Privacy Policy carefully and fully before you use iinotio.com.

Introduction.  iinotio, Incorporated ("iinotio"), is the sole operator of iinotio.com (the "Site") and recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of visitors to the Site and the "personal information" shared by them.  This Privacy Policy only addresses our activities from our servers for the Site.

From time to time, this Site may include links to other websites.  We may not be operating the linked sites and we do not endorse the contents, views or products of the linked sites.  We do not accept any responsibility for use of the linked sites.  You are advised to use linked sites with caution and with due regard to any terms of use on those sites.  If you transfer to other sites by using a link from our Site to theirs we may receive aggregate or otherwise anonymous statistical information about your trip and any purchases you may make on these sites.  We treat this information with the same care as we treat other information that you entrust to us but we are not responsible for the privacy policies or content of other web sites and we do not guarantee that your visit to these sites is protected by our Privacy Policy.

Below is iinotio's policy on collecting, using, maintaining, disclosing and securing the "personal information" provided to it through the Site.  "Personal information" is information that personally identifies you, including, for example, your name, address, and email address.

Collection.  You provide certain personal information to iinotio when you: 

  • send email messages, submit forms or send other information to us 
  • purchase goods and services through us or one of our third-party partners 
  • participate in voluntary customer surveys enter sweepstakes and contests sponsored by us or one of our third-party partners

We may collect personal information from you at other points on our site that state that personal information is being collected.  We may also receive certain personal information from some of our third party partners.

Although we use "cookies" to track details of the pages read by visitors to the Site, we are not able to identify individuals from this information.  However it will assign a User ID that automatically identifies your computer when you visit the Site. "Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your Internet browser on your computer's hard drive.  You may disable the use of "cookies" through your internet browser.  This may hinder functionality of the Site but you will be able to use most of its features.

We may also use "cookies" placed by third-party servers to target advertising delivered to you. This practice is common in Internet advertising.

iinotio does not collect personal information with a view to selling it.

Useiinotio uses personal information, among other things, to anticipate and resolve problems with your use of the Site, to conduct business activities (e.g. to process a credit card purchase), to investigate activity that may violate our user agreement and to develop and market products and services that may be of interest to you.

If you indicate that you would like to receive information about products and services from third parties, we may disclose your personal information to these parties.

If you send an email inquiry to iinotio we will use the return email address to respond to your inquiry.

If you participate in an iinotio customer survey we may create broad and generic non-identifying aggregate information from the response you and other participants supply for the purpose of improving the quality of our products and services and developing new products and services.

Maintenance.  Records of your personal information, including your billing and payment information (e.g. credit card numbers and expiration dates, online payment service usernames and passwords, etc) are not kept online or available to the public in any form.

Disclosure.  It is iinotio's policy not to use or share your personal information in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you with an opportunity to opt out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.  However, your private communications and other personal information may be disclosed to third parties for any reason if, in our sole discretion, we believe that it is reasonable to do so.  By way of example we may disclose information to law enforcement or other government officials when prompted or required to do so by law or we may disclose information to third parties as part of offering additional products and services and/or Site functionality to you.

In the unlikely event that iinotio, in its entirety as a corporate entity and business, is sold to a third party, your personal information may be passed on to that third party as a part of the sale of the business.  If you object to the transfer of your personal information please email us at privacy@iinotio.com.  If you use more than one email address to visit us send this message from each email account that you use.

Security.  The Site has security measures in place to protect the lost, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control.  While we make every effort to ensure the integrity of our network and systems, we cannot guarantee that our security integrity measures will prevent third parties from unlawfully intercepting or accessing transmissions or private communications.

All payment transactions are secured with SSL security.  Any password-protected areas of the Site can be accessed only with a valid username and password.  Each password owner is responsible for keeping the password secret and confidential, and for notifying iinotio if the password may have been stolen or might otherwise be misused.

Childreniinotio is especially interested in protecting the safety and privacy of young people using our services.  We do not intend to collect information about children and we recommend that children under the age of 18 seek their parents' consent before giving out personal information or using our services.

We recommend that parents participate in their children's online browsing and purchasing activities and supervise their exploration of the Internet.

Consent.  By using the Site, you consent to iinotio's collection, use, maintenance, disclosure and security of your personal information as indicated in this Privacy Policy.
